Okay, so Madonna is a stupid twat. I think we all might have known that already. I was obsessed with her as a child, she was an amazing singer and dancer -- two things that I adored... and in recent years she has done a few things that I thought were out of line, or just classless -- however, this really fucking bothers me. Just another celebrity using their fame to push their political views on the public. I feel sorry for the people that paid $175 for their ticket, and then had to watch this crap. Like I said, TWAT.
Campaign officials for U.S. Senator and Republican presidential candidate John McCain have shot back at Madonna for a segment of her just-launched new concert tour.
Madonna kicked off her Sticky and Sweet world tour at Millennium Stadium in Cardiff, Wales, on Saturday. During her performance of Get Stupid, an image of McCain is shown alongside those of Adolf Hitler and Robert Mugabe, as well as photos of global warming and destruction.
Later in the concert, Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama’s face is shown in a sequence that also includes images of Mahatma Gandhi, John Lennon and Al Gore.
“The comparisons are outrageous, unacceptable and crudely divisive all at the same time,” said Tucker Bounds, a McCain campaign spokesman. “It clearly shows that when it comes to supporting Barack Obama, his fellow worldwide celebrities refuse to consider any smear or attack off limits.”

I'm just sayin'. My only wish is that the McCain camp had ignored this crap. It's not worth their time to be worrying about people like Madonna, singing things like "Get Stupid"!
